Uçak Plastik, which manufactures plastic waste containers in various sizes for local authorities and the private sector, was founded by brothers Ahmet and Adnan Uçak, two leading figures in Turkey’s machinery industry. In 2006, Uçak Plastik established its factory in Gümüşova, Düzce, on a 54,000-square-meter site, including 8,000 square meters of enclosed production space. Equipped with advanced technology, the facility provides employees with a spacious and modern working environment while prioritizing occupational safety and employee health.
Uçak Plastik leads the industry with its strong R&D department, consisting of professionals with extensive domestic and international experience and in-depth industry expertise.
Uçak Plastik operates a high-capacity machinery park with no equivalent in Turkey and is home to one of Europe’s largest plastic injection molding machines. With this advanced technology, the company can mold 87 kilograms of plastic in a single operation, producing products that are resistant to chemicals, freezing temperatures, heat, and UV radiation.
Equipped with high-tech machinery, Uçak Plastik’s facilities have an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons. The company can simultaneously produce 60-liter hanging waste bins, 70-liter recycling bins, 80-, 120-, and 240-liter wheeled mobile waste bins, and 660- and 770-liter wheeled plastic waste containers in different sizes and color options without changing the molds. Uçak Plastik also imports 360-, 400-, and 1,100-liter wheeled plastic waste containers and makes them available to consumers.
Unlike similar galvanized products, Uçak Plastik’s plastic waste containers are manufactured as a single piece in a single operation, providing significant advantages in terms of hygiene and health. Since they have no joints or seams, they do not create areas where bacteria can accumulate and multiply. Furthermore, unlike galvanized waste containers, their surfaces do not deteriorate or corrode over time, allowing them to be used safely and hygienically for many years.
Uçak Plastik places great importance on ensuring that every product it manufactures complies with environmental, health, and occupational health and safety standards. Its CE-certified products, manufactured in accordance with TSE standards as well as the TS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and TS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, undergo extensive testing and quality control processes.
